29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) On or about July 7, 2015 and at times prior; the controlling employer C. Roberds General Contractors, LLC failed to ensure that its sub-contractor Triple S Construction protected its employees from fall hazards while performing framing activities at the top of the walls which exposed them to falls of 10 feet from the eave to the ground below.
