29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment. a) 132 Market St Georgetown, DE-On or about July 7, 2015, the employer failed to verify a reasonable workplace hazard assessment was performed by host employers, exposing temporary employees to physical hazards, such as cuts and noise, and chemicals hazards, such as ammonia and dry ice, at poultry processing facilities.
