Employees were painting with Product ID: Rhino Mite RMA 3000R with no respiratory protection being enforced or provided, on or about 09/01/2015. Sampling results indicated overexposure to Methylene Chloride with a TWA of 159.0412 ppm and Severity of 6.0435656 for the 456 minutes of sampling duration.
