29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route was not kept free and unobstructed. On or about May 26th, 2015, the exit at the rear of the building in the vicinity of the kitchen was blocked by paint cans, a portable stepladder, gas cylinders, plastic bins and drinking cup boxes that would prevent the safe egress of employees in the event of an emergency exit. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit". On or about May 26th, 2015, the door to the outside on the West side of the kitchen did not have an exit sign. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date completed, method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
