29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. At west side of the building; employees installed soffit on the building while working from a JLG Lift, model 600AJ, bumper #10361002, without lanyard attached basket, exposing employees to fall hazards.
