29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a)    At the 10 Lake Huron Ct. West, Pooler jobsite: On or about July 7, 2015, and times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that an employee on a portable ladder failed to don a hard-hat as a worker above used a pneumatic nail gun and helped install plywood-siding panels.
