29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about 07-08-15, an employee was working on a roof with a 7:12 pitch and an eave edge approximately ten and one half (10.5) ft. above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment. b) On or about 07-08-15, an employee was walking on truss web members at approximately eight (8) ft. above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment. c) On or about 07-08-15, an employee was walking on a wall top plate inside the building at eight (8) ft. above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment.
