29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 8, 2015 at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard when performing roofing operations without means of fall protection. The Eagle Roof Tile Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 998206, 1003486 and 1004641 citation number 1, item number 1 on all 3 inspections and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2014 for all the inspections, with respect to a workplaces located at 115 SW 232 LN, Homestead, FL 33032, 23675 SW 115th AVE, Homestead, FL 33032 and 11501 SW 232 LN. Miami, FL 33116.
