29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about July 08, 2015 at the above addressed jobsite, building #10, employees were observed unloading and placing stacks of roofing tile onto a steep slope roof of an apartment building without the use of conventional fall protection, and were exposed to a 27 foot fall hazard. Latite Roofing And Sheet Metal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 910718, citation number 001, Item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4680 Mimosa Place Coconut Creek Florida.
