29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. 1316-1330 Willow Ave Hoboken, NJ Subcontractor employee(s) engaged in construction activities gained access to upper landing surface in close proximity to an unprotected edge without any means of fall protection. Thereby exposing workers to an approximate 20 ft fall hazard. Violation observed on or about 07/07/2015
