29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws: a) Kitchen, east wall, behind Fry Master fryer: On or about July 9, 2015 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that strain relief was not provided at the point where the Fry Master fryer was permanently attached to the power source on the wall.
