29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws:  a)  Kitchen, east wall, behind Fry Master fryer:  On or about July 9, 2015 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that strain relief was not provided at the point where the Fry Master fryer was permanently attached to the power source on the wall.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The hazard communication program did not include a list of hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:  a) Hardee's, Right-to-Know area: On or about July 9, 2015 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that a list of known chemicals was not provided to employees with the hazard communication program.
