29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. a) In the workplace, on or about July 9, 2015: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, iodine, and ChlorHex-Q Scrub, and the employer has not conducted hazard communication training for these chemicals upon initial assignment. Abatement certification is required for this item.
