29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed:   a) Job site, 360 Commercial Drive, Bridgeville, PA: On or about May 27, 2015, the employer did not audit their energy control program to ensure that appropriate energy control procedures were being used and that the requirements of the standard were being met. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, not having machine specific written lockout procedures, failing to ensure that keys for locks were kept in the possession only of the person locking the machine out, not ensuring the lockout devices were able to identify the person applying it, not providing lockout equipment such as air valve lockout devices and failing to ensure that all energy isolating devices were shut off and locked out during service/maintenance activities on the machinery at the site.
