Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  a)335 E. Preston Ave, Wildwood Crest, NJ, East side of home: Employees did not have a safe means of access and used scaffold frames and crossbraces to access and egress the walkthrough scaffold that was 3 frames high which was observed on or about 6/30/15.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
