OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees while operating lawn equipment without proper training. Location - 200 Concord Road, Marlborough, MA - golf course, hole #10: On or about 7/8/15, an employee operating a MTD push mower down a wet sloped hill slipped, fell, and amputated the right big toe.
