On or about July 8, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite,  in the south trench, employee(s) were conducting water line operations in a trench measuring six (6) feet and eleven (11) inches in depth.  The area where employee(s) worked was not provided with cave in protection, thereby exposing employee(s) to cave in hazards.    b.  On or about July 8, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, in the north trench, an employee was conducting water line operations in a trench measuring six (6) feet and one (1) inch in depth.  The area where the employee worked was not provided with cave in protection, thereby exposing the employee to cave in hazards.
