On or about July 9, 2015, on the west side of a residential house, three employees working on the framed structure were not protected from a 13 feet 6 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system. c. On or about July 9, 2015, on the south side of a residential house, an employee working on the framed structure was not protected from a 11 feet 3 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.
