29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: East end of the drilling rig mud pits: on or about July 9, 2015, and time prior to, drilling rig employees operating the drilling mud system added corrosive materials to the process. The mud pit shower was not connected to a water source exposing the employees to the hazard of corrosive contact with the skin.
