29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Subcontractors employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17.7 feet while replacing the roof to a multi family townhome. Barry Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313939068, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 9, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 18245 66th Ct., Tinley Park, IL 60474.
