29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept clear from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about July 9, 2015 the employer did not ensure that trash, scrap lumber, scrap lumber with protruding nails, and/or other debris were kept clear from the work area. This condition exposed employees to impalement and tripping hazards.
