29 CFR 1926.95(c): Personal protective equipment was not of safe design and construction for the work to be performed: Worksite - Roofers exposed to burn hazards while carrying buckets of hot liquid rubber were unprotected by wearing leather-palmed and canvas work gloves that were not designed to effectively protect the skin of the forearms and hands, on or about 6/17/2015. Abatement documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
