29 CFR 1926.404(f)(7)(i): Metal cable trays, metal raceways, or metal enclosures for conductors were not grounded and such assemblies did not meet the exceptions described in subparagraphs [A] and [B]:    On or about July 10, 2015 and in times prior thereto metal junction boxes were used in temporary lighting circuit located at the construction site.  The J-boxes were not grounded exposing employees to an electrical hazard of 120 VAC.
