29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: (a) Car wash entrance, new Wash Factory Car Wash located at 11110 State Bridge Road, Johns Creek, GA 30022: Employee was exposed to falls of approximately 14-feet while working from an elevated job made work platform which was not attached to the forks or the load backrest. This Lull is not equipped to lift personnel and the platform used was not an approved man basket.
