29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent); a) On or about 05/22/2015 in the packing area, employees were exposed to a 4'-2" fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not provided while employees working from the truck trailer were emptying out the bags of rubber.
