29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: (a) Front side, new townhome construction located at 2398 Willington Shoals Place, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a ROLAIR (Model - 4090HK17-001) Air Compressor without the starter recoil cover over the moving parts. Employees were exposed to the hazard during start-up and shut-down operations.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) Second floor, new townhome construction located at 2398 Willington Shoals Place, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14-feet, 3-inches to 22-feet, 8-inches to the lower level while engaged in framing activities on the second floor with no fall protection system in place. Rubio Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899779, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/29/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3025 Eagle Ridge Roswell, GA 30076.
