This violation was observed on or about July 14, 2015 at1118 E. Willow, Enid, Oklahoma, Emrick's Van and Storage Company did not use a supported scaffold platform designed by the manufacturer exposing employees to falls greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms when the entire platform was not attached to the fork while the platform is occupied. This violation was observed on or about July 14, 2015 at1118 E. Willow, Enid, Oklahoma, Emricks Van and Storage Company employees were standing on a pallet that was not secured to the forklift lines of the Daewoo forklift exposing employees to falls greater than 6 feet.
