29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a. On or about July 14, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold, approximately sixteen (16) feet above the ground, were not provided with a complete guardrail system, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls.
