29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  a) 63 Flushing Avenue, unit 293, Brooklyn, NY: Employees who were required to wear tight fitting facepieces such as a 3M, size Medium, with P100 filters that were cutting sheet rock and exposed to respirable dust at concentrations of approximately 0.154 milligrams per cubic meter were not clean shaven, on or about 07/14/15.
