29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:    a) On or about September 15, 2015 at the above addressed job site, the employer did not perform a baseline audiogram when employees were found to be above 85 dBA as a time-weighted average. An employee performing granite sanding and polishing operation using a pneumatic grinder was exposed to noise dose of 102.7% or an equivalent of 90.1 dBA during the 510 minute sampling period on 09/15/15.     b) On or about September 15, 2015 at the above addressed job site, the employer did not perform a baseline audiogram when employees were found to be above 85 dBA as a time-weighted average. An employee performing granite sanding and polishing operation using a pneumatic grinder was exposed to noise dose of 141.1% or an equivalent of 92.4 dBA during the 514 minute sampling period on 09/15/15.
