29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: 54 Eastford Road, Southbridge, MA: On or about July 15,2015 employees were working near or around machines which were not guarded by one or more methods to prevent hazards such as rotating parts, flying chips and sparks and moving tables. (a) Bridgeport, EZ Trak, Milling machine (3 instances), unguarded automatic milling table. (b) Clausing- Colchester 15, Metal lathe, unguarded chuck head.
