OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while accessing machinery at heights greater than 48 inches: a) On or about 07/15/2015 - Molding department, press #8, #9, and #10, employees performing maintenance were exposed to falls of up to approximately 10 to 12 feet while performing maintenance activities, such as removing a filter from a hopper during the setup of a new die.
