29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Apartment building under construction, East side, JLG Aerial Lift (Model: 460SJ Serial: 0300169239), on or about July 15, 2015, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the unpaved ground below, when working in an aerial lift without a harness and not being trained on the procedures to recognize fall hazards.
