The Great American Roofing Co LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or equivalent standard 1926.100.a which was contained in OSHA inspection 282461; Citation number 02, Item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/29/15, with respect to a workplace located at 638 Washington Ave, Washington Twps, NJ, 07676. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a) Roof Level- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 12 ft while working on the roof without an acceptable means of fall protection in place; on or about 7/16/15. The Great American Roofing Co LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or equivalent standard 1926.100.a which was contained in OSHA inspection 282461; Citation number 02, Item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/29/15, with respect to a workplace located at 638 Washington Ave, Washington Twps, NJ, 07676.
