29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(D): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an explanation of the employer's exposure control plan and the means by which the employee could obtain a copy of the written plan: a) Throughout the facility, on or about 6/23/15: Temporary employees, such as nurses and certified nurses aides, hired through AMN Healthcare, were not provided on training on the specifics of Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center's exposure control plan including, but not limited to, engineering controls for safer needle devices and work practices such as the labeling system for isolation room laundry bags. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
