29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 13, 2015 and at times prior thereto, an employee was working on the roof of a residential home without any form of fall protection. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of more than six feet to the ground below. Gil Systems Roofing & Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947696, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 14729 Cactus Crossing, Horizon City, TX 79928.
