29 CFR 1926.850(d): When necessary to maintain any power, water or other utilities during demolition, such lines were not temporarily relocated, as necessary, and protected. a) 1856 Catasauqua Street, Allentown - On or about July 7, 2015, employees were conducting demolition operations where previously existing gas lines were within the worksite, but no means of protection had been provided or relocation completed to prevent inadvertent damage.
