29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about June 23, 2015, Blu Roofing Inc., as a controlling employer, did not ensure that adequate inspections of the worksite were conducted to ensure that employees of Homero Aldaca dba HYA Roofing Enterprises LLC (subcontractor) were protected from falls. These roofing employees worked without fall protection.
