29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):  Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides of platform:     a/ Coastal Supply Group/Elizabeth NJ Site: Warehouse Area:  Employees store product on an open sided platform 4ft or more from the floor, where one section of railing is missing.      Observed on/or about 8/6/2015.

29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): Containers were not in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering:    a- Coastal Supply Group, Elizabeth, NJ, Outside propane storage cage - One (1) cylinder of propane was stored outside of the cage.      Condition noted on or about 8/6/15.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii): Training did not include an evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace:    a- Coastal Supply Group, Elizabeth, NJ - An employee, who was trained in forklift operations through a previous employer, was not evaluated by the current employer, to ensure the effectiveness of the training received.    The employer must also certify that each operator was trained and evaluated.  The certification is to include, but not limited to, the name of the operator, the date of the training or evaluation and the name of the person providing the training or evaluation.    Condition noted on or about 8/6/15.
