29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    a) 701 Route 73 North in Marlton, NJ, 08053: Employees was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet to the ground surface below, when performing roof shingle removal and other related activities from at the unprotected edge of a roof without the use of fall protection. The worksite employees had not received fall protection training from the company up to and on the day of the inspection. Conditioned observed on or about 07/17/15.       NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
