29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement: On or about 30 June, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee covering an awning with a tarp, was working from an extension ladder that was not secured and exposed to a 11-foot fall hazard.
