29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a)12 Bernanrt Court, Hillsborough, NJ 08844: Employees were observed performing framing operations at a height of approximately 17' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about July 16, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(16): Portable ladders with structural defects, such as, but not limited to, broken or missing rungs, cleats, or steps, broken or split rails, corroded components, or other faulty or defective components, were not either immediately marked in a manner that readily identifies them as defective, or tagged with "Do Not Use" or similar language, and were not withdrawn from service until repaired: a) 12 Bernart Court, Hillsborough, NJ 08844: Employees were observed utilizing a 24' Werner aluminum portable ladder to access upper levels that had bent/broken rungs, which could effect the structural stability of the ladder, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about July 16, 2015.
