29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: On or about July 14, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees performing construction activities were exposed to fall hazards while working from a stairwell landing that did not have guardrails or other means of fall protection.
