29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment was not free of damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a) Middle man trap, 70 33rd Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15201: Observed on or about July 16, 2015, the right side duplex receptacle in an electrical outlet (110 Volt) located on a wall in the middle man trap was broken. The top half of the receptacle was missing. Employees walking or moving materials through the the middle man trap were exposed to fire and electric shock hazards due to the broken receptacle.
