29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices    a)  Everson Tesla - VPI Tank Area On or about July 28, 2015 - Employees who enter VPI tanks to perform set up and servicing are exposed to mechanical and atmospheric hazards and the employer has not provided training to ensure employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for elimination of all energy sources during this work.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
