29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by crush points: a) On or about 07/15/2015 at 20 French Road, Cheektowaga, NY; where the employees were not protected from a crushing hazard under the pedal activated "positioning bar" on the Schneider Senator (serial # 01-49.610.000.01/1-3). One employee was injured when the positioning bar was activated and crushed the employee's fingers. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
