29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) 410 South Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147: An employee engaged in framing work was observed climbing the rails of a JLG 800AJ boom lift. The employee was attempting to access the building's 3rd floor deck. Conditions were observed on or about May 5, 2015.
