29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular hand-fed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a. 5104 Railroad Avenue, Flowery Branch, GA (Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to amputation hazard. Employees are required to operate the unguarded Grizzly 10" table saw to make special sizes, cuts and angles of the wood products for manufacturing of custom made tables, on or about 07/22/15.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a. 5104 Railroad Avenue, Flowery Branch, GA (Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to hazard of flying debris. Employees were using compressed air to clean the wood debris/shaving from their work area and employees' clothing. The air pressure gauge measured greater than 60 psi, on or about 07/22/15.
