29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) Maintenance Area, Employees threaded plastic straps onto godet rollers of a SIMA Model T/Strap 1436 (Serial No. GP222471) without an adequate guard to prevent employee contact with the ingoing nip point between the faces of the third tapered roller and the fourth/pinch roller. Employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard, on or about July 22, 2015.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), abatement certification and documentation is required for this violation.
