29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 113 Tuskegee Road, on or about 7/22/2015: Employees were applying urethane to seal seams and bolts on a steep slope metal roof more than 6-feet without using any type of fall protection. Employees are exposed to a fall hazard. Dan Hosler dba Hosler Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 929108 citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 2/24/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7810 N. University Peoria, IL 61614.
