29 CFR 1928.51(b)(2)(i)(A): Where ROPS were required by this section, the employer did not provide each tractor with a seatbelt which meets the requirements of this paragraph: a) Dairy feed lot area: On or about 7-22-2015, employees were exposed to a Holland Tractor with a ROPS (Roll-over Protection System) whose seatbelt had been removed. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
